    AttorneyforUtah.WehavefollowedtheevidenceTroyRawlingshasgathered,andare
    baffledastowhyyouwouldwanttooverlookthisaction.Ifpeoplearetoputtheirtrust
    intheUSAO,anditappearsthattrusthasbeenbreached,thenitconcernsusastowhy
    ANYONE,especiallyyou,Mr.Reyes,wouldwanttosweepitundertherugorwait
    untilitjustgoesaway.
    Whenweseethevastamountsofmoneyspenttoprosecutenormalcitizens,andwe
    aresupposedtoholdthesementoahigherstandard,itgivesuscausetowonder
    whatthathigherstandardis,andwhyitisntupheld.Thereappearstobeno
    accountabilitywhatsoeveronthepartMr.Ward.Therulesapparentlydontapplyto
    him.
    ObviouslyMr.WardandhisfriendsintheUSAttorneysoffice,andperhapsyours,want
    thistodisappear,andquickly.ShouldyoudecideNOTtoallocatefundsforsomething
    weclearlyneedanswersto,thenisitsafetoassumeyoureoneofthem?Youwatch
    mybackandIllwatchyours?Dotherightthing,Mr.Reyes,andletagrandjuryhear
    theevidenceandmakethedecision.Lackofprecedenceisnoexcuseforfailingto
    protectthecitizensfromthistypeofcorruption.
