Responsible for the day to day operations of 44 restaurants in Alabama and Georgia. Oversee 6 District Managers with an
employee base of 880 employees, and annual sales over $55M.

Regional Director of Operations - 2/2014 to January 2016


Responsible for the day to day operations of 38 restaurants in Tennessee and Georgia. Oversee 6 District Managers with
an employee base of 600 employees, and annual sales over $48M. Accomplishments include:
Reversed Region sales results from a negative 7% in 2013, at the time assigned in position, and improved to the
top 5 in the company with a positive + 1.68% to date. This was accomplished through the implementation and
use of clear processes and procedures, maintaining high standards, and selecting and developing quality talent at
all levels in the region.
Improved speed of service by 60 seconds in the past 24 months by focusing on delivering A level service to our
customers.
Internally developed 3 new District Managers, and have the top 2 DMs in the company for year over year profit

Director of UPS (Under Performing Stores) - 7/2013 to 2/2014


Directed companywide improvement of negative EBITDA restaurants to positive EBITDA in 17 identified restaurants in the
Krystal system.
Implemented standards with the DMs to move the restaurants to positive EBITDA in 11 of the 17 stores in the 7
months in position.

Regional Director In Training - 4/2013 to 7/2013


Hired as a Fast Track Regional Director. While in training with Krystal, was assigned to manage open District in Mobile,
Alabama until it could be stabilized. Accomplishments included:
Improved customer satisfaction score by 10%.
Reduced speed of service by 20 seconds, improved sales by 3%, Improved Total Controllable profit by 2.5%.
Identified and developed two internal GMs and sourced and identified a District Manager who was hired to run
the district.

Arbys, LLC/SYBRA, Inc. /ARG

Responsible for ensuring the proper execution and alignment of all training programs in 354 company and franchised

Entrusted with the largest Arbys franchise in the system US Beef. Implemented bulk slicing and saved $2M in
labor and paper cost.

Project leader for national rollout of Toasted Subs, Worked closely with R&D on sandwich builds, and equipment.
Developed a delivery program that reduced costs for the system of over $2M.

Director of Operations - 5/2005 to 3/2007


Selected as Operations Project Director for NEW Alternative Channel Concept. Program was designed to test
nontraditional Arbys units in strip center locations with a deli style feel. Developed operational procedures, processes
and tools for innovative products to be introduced to the system and teamed with Purchasing and Logistics on
procurement. While concept was never launched, several good initiatives were developed from it including the toasted
sub line that is used today and has achieved 20 consecutive quarters of sales growth.
