Abstract
End-to-end supportability plays a substantial role for SAP and Channel Partners as customers
request the ability to identify incidents and bottlenecks within SAP and non-SAP landscapes alike.
Attend the 2-day onsite workshop "SAP Solution Manager Info Days for Channel Partners" and learn
how you can improve the end-to-end support, how you install and upgrade to SAP Solution Manager
7.1. Plus, you will hear from other SAP Channel Partners how they improve their competitive
