DESCRIPTION
ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT
Information:

UNIT

The termite treatment application shall be carried out by

a termite control company approved by the S.O.
Method of treatment shall be submitted to the S.O. for
approval. All relevant documents, certificate of approval,
guarantee letter, brouchers and technical catalogues
shall be submitted to the S.O. before commencement of
works.

The Contractor shall cause the termite control company

to provide a guarantee for a period ten (10) years
whereby within the period, the company shall make
annual inspection at least once a year or based on
building owner's report and carry out maintenance works
when necessary.
The Contractor shall be held responsible on all works
done by the termite control company.
Surface Treatment

Carry out anti termite treatment as specified to

underside of the pile caps, footings, ground beams and
the lowest ground slabs and other structures as directed
by the S.O. (measured flat on plan)
