hi enter OBA5 enter the Application Area enter the message number there you find three options you have to specify W, E, I based on your requirement Alert Moderator

Hi, Do you mean it's Z-class message? In this case, it's either in validation rule (GGB0) and you can change a nature there or it's hardcoded in the program. Go to SE91 and check 'where used' on this message. Regards,

Dear please do as below, If i am correct, we can only use the T Code SE91 to create the message Chnage the ERROR message to Warning or vice versa, use T Code "OBA5"

Give work area and go into that "New Entries". If the message is already there with type "E", change it to "W" Here select the message as "W"
