CPCI Scholarship Program

Undergraduate Students

To sustain the long-term growth of the

precast concrete industry requires a
focused educational program to educate
future generations of civil engineers,
designers and construction professionals.

One $1,500 (CDN) scholarship is available through each of the six CPCI
Regional Chapters (British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba/Saskatchewan,
Ontario, Quebec and Maritimes) for undergraduate students in the field
of Civil engineering and for final year Technology students.

The Canadian Precast/Prestressed

Concrete Institute (CPCI) has a mission
to expand the knowledge of students by
disseminating ideas and information about
the design, applications, manufacturing
and use of precast concrete in Canada.
To facilitate and encourage continuous
learning and education, CPCI is pleased to
offer an annual scholarship program for
undergraduate and graduate students in
the field of precast or prestressed concrete.

The successful candidates from each region will also be paired with a precaster in their geographic area to learn more about precast and prestressed
concrete, precast operations, and opportunities in the industry.
This scholarship is open to students currently enrolled in a third year
bachelors program, in Civil Engineering at an accredited university program,
proceeding in good standing into fourth year, by the summer of 2015. The
scholarship is also open to final year Technology students.
