established in 2015, at Ahmedabad. The firm is formed and
promoted by two chartered accountants having experience of Big
fours of the world.

Accounting services

We provide a full range of cost-effective accounting services including


book-keeping, preparation of general ledgers and financial statement
(as per Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013), health-check and pre-audit.
We assist in setting up Accounting system for new businesses. We provide

The Corporate laws in India are very vast and changing continuously

There have been several changes in the law with the introduction of the
Companies Act, 2013, which is a new law and not settled by now.

We have experience in providing financial advisory services.

project reports. Loan arrangement needs are also well taken care by us
including cash credit limit, term loan and project loan. We help our client to
get subsidy from District Industries Centre (DIC), and Credit Linked Capital
Subsidy Scheme (CLCSS) from the Office of the Development Commissioner
of Ministry of Small Scale Industries (MSME).

Partner
CA. Shikha, having qualified as Chartered Accountant in November 2007, is
a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
having 8+ years of post qualification experience. She has Successfully
completed Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks and Indirect
Taxes Conducted by ICAI.
Prior to joining the firm in February 2016, she has worked as Partner of M/s
Prabhat & Co. (Chartered Accountants) for 4.5 years. And before this she has
also worked with M/s Deloitte Haskin & Sells for 3.5 years, where she got
the opportunity to work on Statutory Audit of companies like Tata Steel,
Tata Motors, Vodafone etc.
She is an expert in the area of accountancy and auditing. She carries
experience in the area of Statutory Audit, Pre-Audit, Internal Audit, Income
Tax, Service Tax, Company Law and VAT related matters.
She has been the visionary, on whose ideology the organization treads along
today and ready to step into the new era of rendering professional services

Partner
CA. Vikash is a fellow member of ICAI and an associate member of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He carries 10+ years of post qualification experience in the field of Indirect
Taxation, FTP and FEMA related matters, having worked in reputed
organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Ernst and Young
providing indirect tax services to several multinational clients. He is an
expert in Direct Taxes also.
He has also worked as Finance Controller of a Mexico based multinational
company Metalsa and can easily understand the complexities of any
business to be able to provide practical solutions.
He is a visiting lecturer at XLRI, Jamshedpur and a motivational speaker. CA.
Vikash is also a member of Mensa International.

Assistant - Corporate Law
CS. Amit is an August 2014 qualified Company Secretary. He is also
pursuing CA and cleared Final Group-I. He possess 5 years of work
experience. He has worked in the field of Accountancy, Internal Audit, ROC
related matters etc. He is presently handling Company Law matters.
