Insurance
For complete peace of mind and access to quality
healthcare, we provide medical insurance through New
India Insurance to you and your family (spouse+ 2
children). The hospitalization (IPD) benefits under this
policy are:
IPD: You and your family (spouse + 2 children) are
covered for a maximum floater benefit INR 500000
(with INR 2 lakh reserved for you and INR 1lakh for each
additional member enrolled).
OPD: Tax Benefits up to INR 15000 with defined limits
for dental and vision. The Company provides this as part
of your TTC.
Additionally, if you want the flexibility of covering your
Parents AND / OR Parents-in-law, you can do so under a
voluntary program by paying negotiated premiums. Not
only the premiums are competitive, your dependents
are covered from Day 1 even for pre-existing
diseases without any medical test.
The value of Annual premium we pay to provide this
