Dalam simple past tense bentuk positif, kata kerja yang digunakan adalah kata kerja
bentuk kedua. Bentuk kedua dari buy adalah bought (irregular verb).

Dalam simple past tense bentuk negative, kata kerja utama yang digunakan adalah
verb1 (bare infinitive). Didnt adalah singkatan dari did not, jadi penggunaannya
tergantung dengan selera.
