With reference to your vacancy announcement for the new recruitments in Hindu dated
24/7/2016, I would like to apply for a suitable teaching position in your esteemed Institution. I
am currently a doctoral candidate at Hindustan University and competed synopsis meeting and
submitted the same; fully expect to complete my PhD degree requirements by September
2016. I am extremely interested in obtaining a faculty position, where I can contribute to its
focus on Management and Human Resource Education.
My academic training of three years as full time Research Scholar, where I have handled
nine subjects so far which are dynamic, produced 95% Result and scored more than 93% in
students feedback, Assisted in providing project guidance for MBA and BBA students and In
addition to this, two years of corporate experience working as an HR Executive in Fuso
Glasses and Associate HR Executive in Caterpillar Inc. prepared me to be an effective researcher
and instructor in school of management department. My Research work examines the cross
cultural influence on Business Relationship between Indian Auto component MSMEs and
Multination Automobile manufacturers, Growth evolution of Industry, Industries transformation
and learning process. This study will contribute new model of change management in crosscultural setting. Currently published five research papers in International Journals and presented
eight research papers in International Conferences.
I have completed my Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Crescent
Business School and served as students HR Club coordinated and awarded best project and 2 nd
best placed of the year among 180 students. And Bachelors degree in Business Administration
(BBA) from Madras Christian College has lay down the strong foundation in management
subjects.
I found that my professional experience provided me with a broad view that is useful in assisting
students with subjects, projects and assignments.
These experiences have built my confidence and an interest in teaching and I look forward to the
