Question 1
Steve Jobs is the iconic figure of Apple Computers, a company that he cofounded. He always wants to be in control because of the outcome of his
childhood, where he knows that his biological mother gave him up for
adoption. He didnt care of what other people thought he just wanted
what he wanted at the end, including a closed end system for each of his
products to maintain his vision rather than users being able to transform
his products for their own wants. In the movie they show three specific
times that he launched three different products. In 1984 for the Macintosh
computer, in 1988 for the NeXT computer (which Jobs was more
concerned about the integrity of the perfect cube design than its unknown
capabilities. Finally in 1998 for the iMac computer. Steve Wozniak, who
was Apples other co-founder is seen as the man of action unlike Jobs
looking at the bigger picture. Andy Herzfeld who was the chief engineer
for the Mac and who needs to meet Jobs every whim for the product.

Question 2
2.1) His strange ability to develop and design technology products that
we use now, was like no other entrepreneur before or during his time has
created. He focused on the design and was persistent until it was perfect.
He was passionate and courageous when it came to growing Apple. Many
actions in his career were very controversial, he had an extraordinary
ability to push his company and employees to the limits without going
over the edge.
2.2) Steve Jobs was not a very ethical man because he did not treat his
family right because he has disowned Lisa before but realised that he was
wrong and tries to spend time with her. He also does not treat his
employees right instead he forces his opinion of them.
2.3) Crisis management could have been used as it reduces the degree of
conflict. Time management also helps the team to control conflict as the
colleagues wont panic due to the incapacity to meet deadlines. Prioritising
tasks will help the team meet their deadline.
