Meet MFDC Orthodox and Renewal Leader in Senegal and Abroad.
Individual Talks with Rebel Groups [Meet each Group Individually].
Their Conditions to Peace Recapitulation and Evaluation.
First General Talks with with all Groups Gathered [Evaluation of Propositions].
Second General Talks with with all Groups Gathered [Quote Counter-propositions and Agreed Points].
Third General Talks with with all Groups Gathered [Final Evaluation and Signature of Guarantees].
Weapons Collection Operation [Disarmament of All Groups] by their Leaders themselves.
Draft the Casamance Peace Convention with representatives of Ex Rebel group delegates.
Public Signature of the Casamance Peace Convention, before:

Officials & Former Rebels.

Religious & Political Leaders.
National and International Media.
Diplomatic Corps & International Organization.
Koran for sustainable Peace [All Imams and Religious of the Region].
Music for Peace Concert [National and International Artists].
II- Mines Extraction Operation
With The United Nations Logistic in Partnership with Israel USA Russia Other Volunteers.
In partnership with the Senegalese National Army and Former Rebels Soldiers.
Clean all the Region from Mines and other Engines.
III- Bring Back The Refugees
Launch the Concept of Reconstruct My Region and call for Volunteers to dispatch to villages.
Record all Refugees who decide to Come Back Home and Organize a Festive Come Back Day.
Record all Proprieties for restitution to their Owners. Any claim should be reported to Court.
IV- Reconciliation And Pardon
Commission led by the Mosque , Church and Animist Clergy.
Members can be chosen based on their morality and their respectability.
The Commission will do the TOUR of all Villages and Towns of the Region to meet People.

All Cases of No Pardon should be submitted to that Commission who will take it to local Juries.
