if JOB_1 terminates in error, no other job is executed : it is necessary to set

the option descheduled for the JOB_1 : Arrt_base , and to put
mandatory links for all jobs except Job Erreur
If JOB_2 terminates in error, JOB_3 is not executed, but JOB_4 does : set the
option descheduled for the JOB_2 rplication
If JOB_3 fails, it is necessary nevertheless to execute JOB_4, and one JOB_5 (
which records JOB_3 error logs) : the links are indicated in the chart.
