Enzi is the local food brand of Ensis Group. Ensis is the major exporter of fresh chilled tuna
from the Maldives. Ensis Group has diversified into other areas such as food production, real
estate and tourism.

OPERATIONS MANAGER / LOCAL PRODUCTION

(Locals Only)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall management of Enzi operations coordinating with Bakery / Factory
operations and managing sales outlets
Be responsible for the sales and Shop staff management.
Compile and present all activity/sales reports to Executive management
Be responsible for expense and sales budget
Compile all financial results and implement strategies to improve top line and
bottom line
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate should be well qualified in Finance/Accounts/business field with
relevant sales and general management experience
Self-driven with strict adherence of deadlines
Good negotiation, interpersonal and personnel management skills
Strong finance and cost accounting skills are an added advantage.
Salary:
MVR 18,000.00 MVR 25,000.00 (Negotiable)
