The undersigned is a 4th year student of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture
Main Campus taking up the course Bachelor of Elementary Education. Being a student in this
school is such a privilege opportunity to feel the community within the academe.
In line with this undersigned is humbly requesting your good office for the renewal of my
scholarship. Respectfully, I beg to state that I am very needy student and my financial condition
is not good. The continuance of my scholarship is a big help to my family especially in our
financial situations. Being one of the scholars of this foundation is truly a great honor and I know
this will help me to achieve my goals and dreams in life.
Rest assured that I will be very responsible and I will set my foot forward in any given
assigned task as a student to maintain my grades and be a better student that can show good
education by having quality and standard grades.
