Overview:1.

Each recipe can have maximum of 30 ingredients.

2.

All the ingredients are listed in 'food nutrient chart' sheet along with Sl. No.

3.

Breakfast, lunch, roti and Dessert recipe have to be created in their individual sheets.

For example, please see 'Gobi aloo sabji', 'Gobi aloo matar', in 'Lunch recipe' sheet

5.

Name of the recipe is written in bold with purple colour background

6.

All ingredients are listed below the recipe name

1. Click on + sign on the left of the recipe name


.

2. Select all rows starting from the recipe name to Sl. No. 30 of the recipe
3. Copy

4. Right click immediately below Sl. No. 30 and click on 'insert copied cells'

5. Change the recipe name

6. Select the ingredients from the drop-down list

7. Enter the quantity of the ingredient in grams
