Subject: Disobediance of order of superiors and negligence in duty

It is found that you are disobeying the orders of your superiors and showing
negligence in your duty very often. You are evading the work by one excuse or the
other.
Secondly, you are not punctual in your duty hours. Mostly, you use to attend your
duty with delay and also after lunch time, you attend duty with much delay. This
becomes reason for bad effect on service and delay & complicacy is caused in day
to day work related to your duty.
So, by the above acts of your behaviour, you are violating the provisions of Rules.
you are therefore directed through this letter to improve your work and conduct in
your duty as noted above, failing which suitable action against you will be taken
under rules.
