The Assembly plays a key role for the development of projects, decision making and policy of the LDMF Foundation. Its members join
the Assembly as volunteers, with the purpose of supporting the LDMF Foundation development through their opinion and futurist
perception regarding on where, when, how and to whom address the wealth, resources, knowledge, technology, services and products
developed and provided by the LDMF Foundation Projects. As in ancient times the Agora, the Assembly focus on listening.

Aim of the Publication:!
Share a decision made by the LDMF Foundation to general public. Considering there the local and global community need of information regarding
communication and collaboration instruments set by the LDMF Foundation Board, for every one interested in its areas of projects, projects, aims, policy, strategy
and priorities.

The LDMF Foundation Board and Chairman, Session 2016.005, made following decisions set in 27+0 Paragraphs as follows:!

0. Members of the LDMF Foundation, Definition
!
Members of the LDMF Foundation are the LDMF Foundation Board seats roles and Chairman role. Decision making, plan, strategy on all areas and projects of
the LDMF Foundation is done by the members of the LDMF Foundation.

1. Communication and collaboration Instruments
!
The Board creates instruments, roles and structures associated to the LDMF Foundation for the purpose of making possible that third party collaborates,
participates and communicates with the LDMF Foundation, for the aim of its development and reach of its goals, according to its values, culture and application
of its own knowledge, know how, methods, practices.

Employees, are those with a working contract, and responsible of role, function, at any pre set area or project of the LDMF Foundation.

Interns, are those enrolled into an internship program. Interns may receive, through an internship contract, function and responsibility roles associated to
areas or projects of the LDMF Foundation.

Volunteers, are those registered as volunteers, with a volunteer agreement, which describes a role, function and responsibility or pre set of tasks
associated to areas and projects of the LDMF Foundation.
!

In order to become an employee, interns need to complete an internship program and qualify to become an employee, The qualification may be granted,
not yet the role position given. Only the board assign job positions.
!

In order to become an intern, first is mandatory that candidates complete a volunteer program, and qualify to become interns. Qualification may be
granted, not yet an internship seat, which is subject of evaluation by the board.
!

!
Evaluation by the LDMF Foundation Board includes rank and stage of development (Prime Tech Theta Assessment, Golden Guild Theta Membership),
assessment on readiness of candidates to volunteers, interns or employee roles. Interns in order to complete the internship program must be members of
the Golden Guild Theta. Candidates to employment must be as well members of the Golden Guild Theta.

The Golden Guild Theta Membership offers a certification on Prime Tech Theta, an assessment and rank, that is validated every season or year, which is
the reference for the board of the LDMF Foundation, regarding decision making for the assignment of roles, function, responsibility, job position, internship
or volunteer positions.

The LDMF Foundation creates as well additional spaces for collaboration.
!

!
Network partners, as third party organizations, companies, individuals, professionals, families, may join the Golden Guild Theta, and focus on network
and collaboration, while holding its membership. As members of the Golden Guild Theta, if eligible according to rank and evaluation of the Golden Guild
Theta Board, may join the Golden Guild Theta Assembly. The Golden Guild Theta Assembly may gather once every season or year. The Golden Guild
Theta Board may set a temporary membership right period/length, or task, as for evaluation of the new member at the role assigned.

The Golden Guild Theta Assembly is a gathering of certified and active Golden Guild Theta Members that is welcome to share its opinion with the LDMF
Foundation Board regarding projects, areas of projects, strategy, policy and priorities the LDMF Foundation has set for its development. The opinions of
the assembly are organized according to category of rank and stage of development of its members. Its members may come together in teams,
workshops for the purpose of opinion making, according to their ranks and stages of development.

For non members of the Golden Guild Theta, the LDMF Foundation has created the Primordial Agora, Assembly. The members of the Primordial Agora
are welcome to share their opinion with the LDMF Foundation Board regarding projects, areas of projects, strategy, policy and priorities the LDMF
Foundation has set for its development.

In order to become members of the Primordial Agora, candidates need to be eligible. Conditions of eligibility are set by the LDMF Foundation Board. After
application, if a candidate is eligible, gather the necessary conditions, background, intentions, and ability of making an opinion on the LDMF Foundation
areas of projects and projects; the LDMF Board will evaluate if the membership in the Assembly, the Primordial Agora, can be granted. The Agora
gathers once every season or year. The LDMF Foundation Board may set a temporary membership right period/length, or task, as for evaluation of the
new member at the role assigned.

The LDMF Foundation Board has created also an Assembly of advisors. The advisors assembly gathers every month , season or year. Its function is to
share its opinion with the LDMF Foundation Board regarding projects, areas of projects, strategy, policy and priorities the LDMF Foundation has set for its
development.

In order to become member of the advisors assembly, individuals or organizations must be invited by a LDMF Foundation board member, suggested by a
Golden Guild Theta Assembly or Primordial Agora assembly, and qualify according to the assessment and conditions of qualification set by the LDMF
Foundation Board.

The members of the Advisors Assembly must be capable and skillful to make judgment in matters regarding the Knowledge of the LDMF Foundation, the
LDMF Foundation Board must be able to verify their intentions and capability of collaboration with the process of achievement of the LDMF Foundation
aim developed by observing its values, codex, know how and methods.

The LDMF Foundation Board observe and evaluates as well affiliation, honesty, autonomy and intention of the candidates to members of the Advisors
Assembly, and may set for them a temporary membership right period/length, or task, as for evaluation of the new member at the role assigned.

The members of the Assembly of advisors are also organized according to rank and stage of development.

The LDMF Foundation Board has created also the Assembly of Primordial Peace. Members of this assembly are guests representatives of state,
government, organizations and corporations interested into collaboration with the LDMF Foundation for the purpose of caring for for peace, family, culture,
heritage, life sustainability, legacy and wealth generation.
20.
As representatives of international organizations, or local/national government, are welcome to share their opinion and suggestions, with the LDMF
Foundation Board regarding projects, areas of projects, strategy, policy and priorities the LDMF Foundation has set for its development.
21.
The LDMF Foundation Board has created also the Assembly of the Golden Ring. Members of this assembly are individuals, families, communities, private
or public organizations committed to provide to the LDMF Foundation the funding necessary for the development of its projects, aims and goals,
according to its know how, strategy, policy and priorities.
22.
In order to become member of the Golden Ring, the candidate must have set a history of committed collaboration, by providing funding for the LDMF
Foundation. The membership is granted to the new member of the Golden Ring by the LDMF Foundation Board as a recognition for his/her/its valuable
participation in the development and history of the LDMF Foundation. To Golden Ring Membership does not imply the membership in the Golden Ring
Assembly.

In order to become member of the Golden Ring Assembly, the candidate must apply and be evaluated by the LDMF Foundation Board. Eligibility follows
according to rank and stage of development. he LDMF Foundation Board may set a temporary membership right period/length, or task, as for evaluation
of the new member at the role assigned.

Members of the Golden Ring Assembly are welcome to share their opinion and suggestions with the LDMF Foundation Board regarding projects, areas of
projects, strategy, policy and priorities the LDMF Foundation has set for its development.

In order to apply to any of the roles and assemblies designed by the LDMF Foundation board, for the purpose of communication and collaboration with
the LDMF Foundation development according to its aims, knowledge, methods and practices, may apply by sending an e-mail to the LDMF Foundation

The definitions, process, evaluations, assessments, indicators, mention in the previous paragraphs have been set by the LDMF Foundation Board and
Chairman, and are subject of change under a consideration and decision made only by a new decision made by the LDMF Foundation Board and
Chairman agreement, made according to the results of the evaluation of the need of such a change. The evaluation will be made by utilizing assessment
tools of the LDMF Foundation as for its know how, practices and methods, Prime Tech Theta.

Opinions, suggestions for changes and advancement of the decisions made and presented in this document are welcome through the correct
communication and collaboration instruments set for this purpose, described in this document.
