OBJECTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS
• Liaison for new reps and particularly challenging calls as one of the company's primary mentors/
trainers of both new and established employees. .
• An unwavering commitment to customer service with the ability to build productive relationships,
resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty.
• 9+ years of experience providing quality customer service/support in busy call center environment
while operating 100+ multi-line duel console switchboard. Process clients' orders writing down
pertinent information.

at solving complex personal and business related issues by properly addressing a situation and also
providing a solution to the situation while becoming a part of the solution/outcome. EX: While working
for Art Van Furnitures' largest location and Michigan's number one furniture retailor as a Switchboard
operator/customer service specialist I was the liaison between the company and the client and also
the company and the employee's. During sales orientation employee's were not trained to understand
that a guest on the telephone was just as important as a guest walking through the doors of the
building, they were not adiment about promptly returning phone calls or answering "available sales"
calls being paged to them over the intercom. As a result of this the company was losing business
and sales were declining. I approached one of the training managers and expressed my concerns
and offered to personally conduct a telephone seminar to all of the new hiree's as well as already
established employees' to inform them of the importance of responding to their names being called
over the paging system, returning messaging phone calls, and answering available sales calls. As a
result sales persons who did not have alot of clientale started writting more business by answering
available sales calls, there were more return guest because of the established relationship between
the guest and the sales person, and over all our guest felt more important because they were not left
on hold for long periods of time, or asked to leave a message. it pleases me to know that I personally
had a part in making this positive change happen. My most important skills and abilities are not gained
through courses and training, they are obtained by having morality and ethics. .
