Praise to God The Almighty One, for Him, we had finished doing this thesis
completely. The title of our thesis is Mechanical Book Wrapper.

First of all, we would like to thank our SEM advisor, En. Muhd Fauzi bin Kamari for
giving us information on how to do this thesis. He also helped us to improve and
upgrade the quality of contents of this thesis.

To our parents, thank for giving a lot of support in completing this thesis. To our
fellow ones, thank you for all ideas and information that had been shared.

Last but not least, we would to thank all the people and organization that had
contributed with us in completing this thesis.

ABSTRACT

In the era of globalization, carpentry is widely used in furniture of human

interest. Each innovation in furniture increases the positive benefits and
decreases its shortage besides help human to solve problem in daily life.
However, it still features a shortfall in terms of the use and the effects obtained
from the created innovations. The objective of this innovation is to ease parents
nowadays or students themselves to wrap their books which often comes in a
plenty amounts. This innovation could also save time that can be used to do
other things with the process of wrapping a tedious and time-consuming. The
procedures are summarize. Firstly, we change the concept of people hands that
doing it themselves to a mechanical concept. In this concept we change the
items provide for wrapping a book to a one set mechanical machine. In this case,
we change scissor to a paper cutter, cellophane tape to glue tape roller. So, we
upgraded the idea of this project which is combine all the items into one
complete mechanical machine. With this, its may provide people of ease to wrap
a book.

CHAPTER 1 :
INTRODUCTION

INRODUCTION
In this chapter, we will explain the background of concern about this project.
After that, we will also explain about the problem statement, research objective,
important of research and we will also state the term definition.

RESEARCH BACKGROUND
It is important for people to have a simple mechanical machine that can be used
to ease every single things in their life. In our project, which is MECHANICAL
BOOK WRAPPER have its own design and methodology which come out with two
main functions. The main function of this innovation is it is design to ease people
to wrap book especially in quiet amount quickly. The book wrapper was designed
exactly same as peoples hand that are wrapping a book. We designed the book
wrapper by replacing the scissors with a cutter (paper cutter) and cellophane
tape that are combined together and makes up a simple mechanical book
wrapper that can be commercial in marketing as simple mechine that can ease
people works. By using this mechanical book wrapper , people can manage their
time and huge amount of books escpecially for students that comes with
textbooks loan from school.
