the way of life, especially the general customs and beliefs, of a particular
group of people at a particular time. Kinda Human belief and The way of
life of an organization or society.

Look by the form, culture has idea, performance, and behavior


Culture has 7 significant point such is : human belief, language, economy
system, social system, science, technology and art
Culture is a significant way of life that shows the identity from one society
or nation (ashley and christopher)
CULTURE CATEGORY
Idea : cultures whic is build by a lot of ideas, opinions, point, norms, rules,
and other and has an abstrac form; cant be touch. The idea lives in the
inside of the societys mind.
creation : result of the activity, work, and all of the things human made.
Be in the form of something that can be touch, look, and being
documentaried (konkret)
Cultures treasure(material) : building, clotches, foods, transportation
Non material treasure : story that tells from first generation until the last
generation like myth, fairy tale, and traditional dance.
Symbol of culture : artificial and diffusionism

ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE
is a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs, which governs
how people behave in organizations. These shared values have a strong
influence on the people in the organization and dictate how they dress,
act, and perform their jobs. Every organization develops and maintains a
unique culture, which provides guidelines and boundaries for the behavior
of the members of the organization.
ORGANIZATIONS STRUCTURE
Organizations structure is a build of component (unit of works) in the
organization. Organizations structure shows the job desk and shows
hows the function or the different activities being integrated. Other way,
organizations structure shows the specializations of works, order, and
reports too.

Herbert G hicks told 2 reasons why human wanna join the organization
a. Social reason, because human is zoon politicon
b. Material reason, cause by the helps from the organization, human
can do 3 things that they cant do by their self, such is :
1. Raise their skill
2. Save the time to raise the goals, cause it works together
3. Raise the benefit from the information of other generations
before.
Organization cant be seperated by the cultures organization, cause the
culture show the different of organization it self.
