Responsibilities:

Deal all kinds of civil, custom and criminal litigations (including anti-corruption,

cybercrimes) but not limited to ejectment petitions, specific performance of contracts,

partition suits, registration of company, NGO, partnership, trust, foundation and society,
cancellation of instruments, consumer complaints, bails and all kinds of criminal trials and
family related disputes
Analyze probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents. Evaluate
findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
Meet clients and provide them with expert legal advice
Investigate, resolve issues and follow-up with clients within the appropriate timeframe to

Handle company law, mergers and acquisitions issues focusing legal practice that

Resolve dispute resolution matters including banking law, banking and finance,
mortgage finance and car financing handling.
Provided technical assistance to customers and handled internet and networking

Developed hardware-software interface specifications to ensure robust performance of
