Competency Definition
Builds rapport quickly and effectively with various types of people. Collaborates
with a network of cross-functional contacts (within country, region and global
geographies) to achieve objectives. Creates and maintains formal and informal
channels to establish contacts and relationships internally and externally.
Handles differences with others constructively, promptly and positively. Initiates
opportunities for greater networking.

Is familiar with Oracle's Code of Conduct. - Has completed Oracle's Ethics


and Business Conduct training and other related required training.

timely fashion. Aware of Oracle's Compliance/Ethics Helpline and Incident
Reporting Website for reporting ethics violation; understands obligations to
promptly report potential violation of Oracle's Code Ethics and Business Conduct.
Complies with Oracle's policies, business practices, and local laws and
regulations, Acts ethically and with integrity with all business situations.
