REMINDER: Complete Your Progress Notes Online
Dont forget you can complete your progress notes online. Our electronic system
has many benefits, including:
Minimizing errors in patient information
Submitting information directly into patient files and time logs
Keeping an accurate monthly count of volunteer hours
Speeding up processing time from two weeks to a few days
Reducing paperwork and mailing costs
Using this system is easy. Be sure to have your Resource ID ready before
completing an electronic progress note. If you dont have a Resource ID, contact
your volunteer coordinator. Then, follow these simple steps:
Log onto www.HopeHCS.org
Click on the Volunteer link at the top right hand corner
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click the button for the progress note you need: Patient Care or Other Activity
Enter information; any errors will be highlighted when you click submit
You can still use the paper progress notes,
but we hope youll enjoy this new system!
Remember, you can always contact your
volunteer coordinator with questions or
concerns.
