An extrajudicial killing is the killing (mainly politically motivated) of a person by

governmental authorities or dominant political groups without the sanction of any judicial
proceeding or legal process. Extrajudicial punishments are mostly seen by humanity to be
unethical, since they bypass the due process of the legal jurisdiction in which they occur.[citation
needed]
Extrajudicial killings often target leading political, trade union, dissident, religious, and
social figures and may be carried out by the state government or other state authorities like the
armed forces or police.
Section 3(a) of the United States Torture Victim Protection Act contains a definition of
extrajudicial killing:
a deliberate killing not authorized by a previous judgement pronounced by a regular constituted
court affording all the judicial guarantees which are recognized as indispensable by civilized
peoples. Such term, however, does not include any such killing that, under international law, is
lawfully carried out under the authority of a foreign nation.[1][a]
No one has the right to take the life of the other. No one is above the law. No one has the right to
place the judgement in his own hands. Due process, Due process please.
But tell me righteous people, what leads to an argument? Is it just because of nothing? Does it
come from nowhere? Is it just because someone in the position wants it that way? How? Why?
Please tell me.
Crime! Isn't it? Victims, right?
Am I sin-free? NO. Are you? Neither. So who are we to execute? Who are we to celebrate the
death of those criminals? We are created equal, right? But who are they to harm innocents? Who
are they to take someone away from the people they love? From the people who love them? Who
are they to end the dreams of the future? Who are they to rape any woman? Who are they to be
unkind? Are they entitled of the chance to live just because theyre still alive and that the lives of
those they have killed don't matter anymore because they're no longer breathing? Or that the
victims' future are now ruined but them, still walking on the same streets, dancing in the same
music? They deserve that human right even if they took the right of the innocent. Is that what
you're fighting for, righteous individuals?
If the lives of the innocents were taken even if they didn't do any wrong, how much more the
lives of these criminals? They don't deserve the air they breathe. Its a waste for humanity if they
continue in this world. Because the right to live is only given to people who protect and preserve
the lives of others. The moment that you intentionally harm someone, you have taken away that
right from yourself. Just like how you cannot say that an Exam is a piece of cake when you have
cheated and failed it! And for sure you would rebut that with that principle, the authority is just a
redundancy of a criminal, that they will be of the same kind. But is it for no reason? Are these
criminals innocents? That makes the difference.

Now hypocrites, I just hope that none of the people you love will be raped nor murdered. I hope
none of the people you value you so much will be victims. Because hypocrites, you don't deserve
such kind of pain. You don't deserve such kind of trauma. You don't deserve the feeling of being
hopeless because all the dreams you built with that person is now just a mere dream. You don't
deserve to shed tears on the wake of your loved-ones. You don't deserve the longing. You don't
deserve to have "what if they're still here?". You don't deserve to suffer. You don't deserve
sorrow. You don't deserve grief. You don't deserve to find no meaning in your life. No, you don't
deserve that. Your families don't deserve to feel devastated of your loss. Your families don't
deserve injustice.
You and those criminals only deserve the right to live. Because only your lives matter. Really,
only yours. Both of you are the only humans who are entitled of their rights. No one else. Not us.
Not the victims. Just you and the criminals. And thats the essence of your existence! Ever
wonder why you're called hypocrites? Yes!
