Sir/Madam;
May I have the honor to refer herewith, for your proper disposition, casesof
Violation of Section 13 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs during Parties, Social
Gatherings or Meetings) and Section 14 Possession of Drugs Paraphernalia
during Parties, Social Gatherings or Meetings), Article II of RA 9165 wherein the
persons being accused of are;
SUSPECTS :
1. GERRY GALIGO y BELGICA a.k.a. Kaloy, male, 37 years old (DOB: June 2,
1977) single, appliances technician, native of Bagiuo City and presently residing
at BF Road, Brgy. Holy spirit, Quezon City;
2. CALIXTO CANIEDO y YULAZO, male, 38 years old (DOB: January 14, 1976)
single, barker, native of Bolinao, Pangasinan and presently residing at BF Road,
Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City
3. NARSITO REYES y CASICA, male, 46 years old (DOB: June 18, 1969)
married, appliances technician, native of Samar, residing at BF Road, Brgy.
Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
4. MARIVIC DACUMA y BATAIN a.k.a. Vet, female, 34 years old (DOB: June 14,
1984) single, jobless, native of and presently residing at #135 BF Road, Brgy.
Holy Spirit, Quezon City; (All under custody)
COMPLAINANT: People of the Philippines to be represented by SPO2 Malvin Merida,
P03 Marlou Andal, PO3 Edilberto Vargas, PO1 Herbert Anggoluan, PO1 Wilson Escuro,
PO1 Julie Grace Cudal, PO1 Elison Vergara and PO1 Jayson Gazingan, of SAIDSOTG, this Station.

Hydrochloride, a dangerous drugs, marked as JG-CCY 7-17-16 and 0ne (1)
pc improvised glass tube tooter, marked as JG-CCY 1;
10. Recovered from suspect Gerry Galigo y Belgica - 0ne (1) aluminum foil strip,
marked as EV-GGB 7-17-16 and Two (2) pcs disposable lighter, marked as
EV-GGB-1 and EV-GGB-2, respectively;

FACTS OF THE CASE:
Investigation disclosed that on July 17, 2016 at around 4:15 pm, this Station
conducted anti-Criminality campaign re Oplan One Time Big Time in compliance with
QCPD IMPLAN against illegal drugs that resulted to the apprehension of the suspects
having pot session at Saint Vincent St., Brgy Holy Spirit, Quezon City. P01 Jayson
Gazingan able to seize from suspect Calixto Caniedo 0ne (1) pc small heat-sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing 0.04 gram of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, a
dangerous drugs, marked as JG-CCY 7-17-16 and 0ne (1) pc improvised glass tube
tooter, marked as JG-CCY 1; and P01 Elison Vergara able to seize from suspect Gerry
Galigo y Belgica - 0ne (1) aluminum foil strip, marked as EV-GGB 7-17-16 and Two (2)
pcs disposable lighter, marked as EV-GGB-1 and EV-GGB-2, respectively;
At this Office, apprehended suspects were duly apprised of their Constitutional
Rights but they opted to remain silent in the absence of their chosen counsel. Later, the
apprehended suspects and the recovered stuff GAVE POSITIVE results to the test of
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, a Dangerous Drugs.
This matter will be presented by P03 Virgillo Enano, of this Station.

JOINT SWORN AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST
We, SPO2 Malvin Merida, P03 Marlou Andal, PO3 Edilberto Vargas, PO1 Herbert
Anggoluan, PO1 Wilson Escuro, PO1 Julie Grace Cudal, PO1 Elison Vergara and PO1
Jayson Gazingan, all of legal age, bonafide members of the Philippine National Police,
presently assigned at Station Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Group Police
Station 6 Quezon City Police District, as operatives with twenty four hour tour of duty
(10:00 AM up to 10:00 AM the following day), after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and jointly states:
That, on July 17, 2016 we are tasked to conduct anti-criminality campaign re
Oplan One Time Big Time in compliance with the QCPDs IMPLAN against illegal
drugs within our AOR particularly in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
That, at about 4:00 oclock in the afternoon on same date, while we were
conducting intelligence surveillance along Saint Vincent St., Brgy Holy Spirit, Quezon
City a confidential informant approach and told us an ongoing pot session in one of a
house thereat.
That, upon received the information, we immediately proceeded to the said
house and upon arrival thereat, at about 4:15 in the afternoon, we saw a group of
person (composed of Three (3) male and a female persons) inside the house sniffing
suspected shabu, prompting us to barge inside the house. Therein, we introduced
ourselves as Police Officers and held the suspects wherein I, P01 JAYSON GAZZINGAN,
held a male suspect (later identified as Calixto Caniedo y Yulazo) and able to seize in his
hand a small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
substance suspected as shabu, (later marked as JG-CCY 7-17-16) and an improvised
glass tube used by them as tooter (later marked as JG-CCY 1). I, P01 ELISON
VERGARA, held the other male suspect (later identified as Gerry Galigo y Belgica) and able
to seize in his hand the aluminum foil strip (later marked as EV-GGB 7-17-16) and the
Two (2) pcs disposable lighter (later marked as EV-GGB-1 and EV-GGB-2,
respectively). I, P03 EDILBERTO VARGAS, held another male suspect (later identified as
Narsito Reyes y Casica) and I, P01 JULIE GRACE CUDAL, held a female suspect (later
identified as Marivic Dacuma y Batain).

That, after obtaining all the evidence, we immediately informed the nature of their
arrest and further apprised their Constitutional Rights in a language known to and
familiar by them.

That, we were forced to leave the place after several relatives of the suspects
started making disturbance/threatening gestures at the area, hence, we opted to bring
the suspects and the recovered pieces of evidence to our Station for investigation and
to continue the interrupted inventory of the evidence, thus, when asked their complete
identities they introduced themselves as:

That, in our Station, we continued the inventory of recovered evidence and
photograph the same in the presence of the suspects. I, P01 JAYSON GAZZINGAN, put
my marking in a small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance suspected as shabu, as JG-CCY 7-17-16 and in an improvised
glass tube used by them as tooter, marked as JG-CCY 1 (recovered from suspect
Calixto Caniedo y Yulazo); and I, P01 ELISON VERGARA, put my marking in aluminum foil
strip, marked as EV-GGB 7-17-16 and Two (2) pcs disposable lighter, marked as EVGGB-1 and EV-GGB-2, respectively) (recovered from suspect Gerry Galigo y Belgica).
Thereafter, we turned-over the suspects and the recovered evidence to the PNP Crime
Laboratory for examination;
That, we executed this Joint Affidavit to attest the veracity of the foregoing
mentioned facts and to refer cases of Violation of Section 13 and 14, Article II of RA
9165 against the suspects;
IN WITNESSES WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures below this
