Good morning Jason. Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Quick question. Has any WV agency taken or have plans to take, any
punitive actions against Mr. Corey Hoskins individually or against any of his companies Advanced TENORM Services, BES LLC or
Bluegrass Environmental Services for actions relating to TENORM handling or final disposition in your state? If the answer is yes,
if you are able to provide specifics as to why punitive were taken or plan to be taken, that would be great but if not, I certainly
understand why.
