TITLE: INFLUENCE OF GENDER AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON
LEADERSHIP STYLE IN REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
IN CAVITE
Greetings!
We are 4th year BSBM (Bachelor of Science in Business Management) students of
Cavite State UniversityCarmona. One of the requirements of this course is to conduct a
thesis study related to the major of specialization.
At present, we are working on a thesis entitled Influence of Gender and
Organizational Culture on Leadership Style in Real Estate Industry in Cavite. In connection
with this, you are chosen as a participant to answer the prepared questionnaire which aims to
determine the relationship of gender and organizational culture on leadership style in real
estate industry.
Rest assured that all information that would be gathered would only be used for the
purpose of this study only and will be handled with outmost confidentiality.

(2006).
