Title: Memories of Confirmation

12/11/10 (GRT)....
Father give me control over random thoughts help me to take every
thought into the captivity of Christ....
i remember one morning late 90\'s about 4-5 am in an apartment in
fairport ny my wife and kids were sleeping but i could not so i got up
and went downstairs and decided to read scripture via e-sword and as i
was going through some psalms and seeking the Lord praying.. while I
was reading either ..
Psa 104:7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they
hasted away.
Or I was reading
Psa 77:18 The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings
lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.
As I was reading the verse and in my mind was reading the word thunder
a huge thunder clap shook the apartment and trailed/rolled powerfully
into to the distance for what was in linear time was 7-10 secs but in
the actual experience it seemed so much longer... In the resurrection
He will confirm what verse it was.... i am grateful to Him for this
experience, talk about bringing the scripture to life...
i have had so many confirmations from Him in many different ways and
situations Lord willing I will recount them all.. i will give Him
glory for eternity for these blessings and proofs... those of you that
know Him; know what i am talking bout... let people know bare witness
for Him.... we are His ambassadors to this world...
For those of you who want to say that was a chance happening freak
statistical thing...
in scripture it says to the effect that the cast of the lot is in the
hand or lap of the Lord...
I will find it ... being a berean... (acts 17:10-12) 1 sec...
Pro 16:33 The lot is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing
thereof is of the LORD.
Now the way I read and interpret this is that the Lord determines the
outcome when it is left to \"chance\"... when you role dice, draw
straws, flip coins God determines the outcome... I personally do not
believe in chance I believe in design and the Designer... Genesis 1:2
the Spirit of God moved upon the waters of earliest creation...
brooding like a hen organizing her nest adjusting her eggs perfecting
the temperature organizing the chaotic earliest forms of matter
preparing the perfect place for who?...
Another memory.. or mem for short...
I was at my brothers house bout five minutes a way from where I
currently reside....
I am unsure yet I believe it was fall or winter... as per usual I was
considering Him and all that He would have me do... forgetting this
night to put on the helmet of salvation (eph 6:17) I began to doubt as
we sometimes do (forgive me Lord).... I walked out in back of my
brothers house it was a beautiful clear starlit night out in the
country you can see a multitude of stars... with no light pollution
So I look up and I convey in prayer silently to the best of memory (He
knows verbatim) \"Lord I am struggling, doubting, I love You please
give confirmation...\" at that moment right when I asked at the exact

spot I am looking at a meteor shoots through my view...

I am very self judgmental sometimes I think I beat myself up kinda
like Moses striking the Rock when he was told to speak to it... or
like Peter (little rock) who cut off the high priests servants ear and
Yeshua put it back on... God forbid we be like king Saul who fell upon
his own sword... be careful with your swords use them correctly....
Sword of the Spirit the Word of God both written in our scripture with
pen and tongue of His Servants the Prophets and active and living
through all of His children today.... Holding this entire universe
together.. for by the Word of God was everything made and by His Will
all things consist and are held together... the entire expanding
universe incredibly immense declares His handiwork is within Him but
not Him. He requires that we give Him credit for the creation but do
not worship that which has been created....
