ORDINANCE NO. 2015-045 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING

THE NEW LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATION THEREOF", BY CHANGING THE PENALTY FROM P500.00 TO
P200.00

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City oflloilo, that

Section 1. - Article IV, Section 16 of Regulation Ordinance No. 2015-045 entitled "AN
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE NEW LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS FOR PUBLIC
UTILITY VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF !LOJLO, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF, be amended and should now read as follows, to wit
"Article IV - Penalty, Amendatory, Separability, Effective Caluses:
Section 16. Penalty Clause. - Any person found violating any provision of this
ordinance shall be penalized with a fine of Two Hundred Pesos (P 200.00) which shall

be paid in the Office of the City Treasurer. In case of non-payment, the violator shall
he dealt with accordingly.
Section 2. - All existing ordinances, executive orders, resolutions, regulations, or parts thereof
in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended and revised.
Section 3. - If, for any reason, any part of the provision of this ordinance shall be declared to
be unconstitutional or invalid by a competent court, other parts or provisions hereof which re not
affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Section 4. - This ordinance shall take effect immediately after the approval hereof.
ENACTED, March 17, 2015.
