b. Operation process

Materials and stocks have been checked to avoid insufficient.

Buy insufficient stocks from the nearest suppliers.
Stocks are transported by using own car.
Check the maintenance of each machine and equipments.
Operation manager should know how to handle those machines.
Each precaution steps of providing services should be taken to make sure the

operation are working out smoothly.

Make sure business premise is always clean and tidy.
Provided the best service to fulfill our clients.

c. Business hour and operation hour

Basically, business hour is the specific time for our business premise is open for our
customers. And operation hour is the time for all the workers should be in the business premise
for work. We are open from Saturday to Thursday and having our day off on Friday.

d. Production planning
In production planning, this business will determine how much output to produce for a
certain period of time such as in day, week or month. Based on our monthly sales forecast, we
can determine the amount of output produced per month by dividing the average sales per
month with the average price of each product. From that, we obtained our daily production
capacity by dividing it by the number of working days per month. It is very important to make this
production planning to make sure that we are able to provide our service that is enough to
satisfy the expected market demand or sale.
