General Regulations

1. Registration: 4 weeks before the date of the test

It is mandatory to send this scanned entry form together with your proof of payment to contact@britishcouncil.ro.
You can transfer the money from a bank where you have an account - if you do not have a bank account and
wish to pay cash please use CEC or Transilvania Bank. Our account is registered with Citibank Europe plc,
Dublin Bucharest, beneficiary British Council Exams, fiscal registration code C.U.I. no. 9000 0000 26598,
account number IBAN RO88 CITI 0000 0008 2601 2196. Please write the candidate name and the name of the
exam on the ordin de plat in the section reprezentnd. Please do not pay your fee at the post office.
If you have special needs related to a disability, you must let us know upon registration.

2. Documents
Completed lesson plans have to be submitted by email prior to the examination. Candidates will receive a lesson
plan template by email as soon as their registration is completed.

3. Confirmation of entry
After entries have been received, candidates will be sent an e-mail confirming their entry and timetable. If you do
not receive this e-mail within a week after registration, please contact British Council Bucharest for details (021307 96 00; contact@britishcouncil.ro ).
4. Refund
A candidate can withdraw his/her entry only on medical grounds. You may be refunded part of the exam fee
(minus 20 RON retained as administrative fee), provided that a written request is made to the British Council
Examinations Services, accompanied by an original statement from a medical practitioner. These should be
handed in to the Examinations Services no later than 5 days after the examination date. Refunds are not granted
for any other reason (including, for example, clash of dates with local examinations).
5. Result
Results / certificates are issued to candidates in approximately 6 weeks after the exam. You will be notified via
e-mail when the certificate can be collected.
