Introduction

Technology is growing bigger nowadays, since technology is fast raced

advancing, expectations to make life easier are supposed to be met. Both
bring many comforts in different aspects and make our daily routines easier.
It can help people in different ways such as with search engines,
entertainment, and even business. Most of the people are using technology
and internet to input data, documents, and visit websites to monitor its
operations.
Online enrollment is one of the system needed in a particular school, it
is easy and instant, they have the option to submit enrollment information
for their child instantly. In line with this, it is better for a school to have an
Online Enrollment system instead of the traditional manual system to have
an efficient and faster enrollment operation and to use as an advantage over
their part especially schools that is located in metropolitan places. Aside
from good quality education, good services are also one of the factors
looking by a student.
It will help all the students by the use of technology. It is very
convenient to do online transactions, all it takes is a computer that has an
internet connection, and one can instantly do the transaction. Online
enrollment time is a stressful chore.
This research study aims at the school of Ramon Magsaysay High
School procedures through a more effective and practical approach, as well
as to attain the value of significance of the every single procedure of the
school, knowing that nowadays, practicality is a much needed trait in
everything.

Project context
Ramon Magsaysay High School (RMHS) is a public high school in
Manila, Philippines. It was founded as the Governor Forbes annex of Victorino
Mapa High School in 1952. In 1959, it was renamed Ramon Magsaysay High
School, in honor of former Philippine President Ramon Magsaysay. At
present, they are using the traditional manual process of enrollment. The
student must secure first his clearance for all the subjects, if he cleared all
the subjects, they must get their form 137, if he has a passing general
average he may proceed with the enrollment, otherwise, the student must
first secure clearance first his previous class adviser and other subjects may
be involve failure grade. The student will fill-out the 2 copy of enrollment
form, once they finished the form thy will submit

Endorsement of the previous class adviser that they have completed

all the requirements such as passing general average they must look first the
adviser to look what are the requirements of the students to complete the
requirements. Then they will fill up the enrollment form once they completed
all the requirements to their respective adviser. Then they will pay their
tuition in accounting.
Most of the students easily to get tired because of the traditional
enrollment, there are many requirements to be accomplish before they got
officially enrolled.

Purpose and Description

The proposed system is about to use Web based for the students of
Ramon Magsaysay High School that will help
It is more important for them to engage in a hassle-free transaction.
With the use of online enrollment system, the student will be able to view the
grades of individual, and also the events in the school.

To minimize the time to gathering the files and data.

Scope and limitations

This study aim to develop an online enrollment system for the School
of Ramon Magsaysay High School to be more productive in terms of
enrollment.
