Vehicle Master (S3)

 Vehicle Full data is register in this Master. **(Vehicle No you can provide
registration No only)

Renewal Type Master (S4)

 Type of renewal names can register in this master like (Vehicle insurance, FC
etc.,)

Fuel Master (S5)

Type of Fuel names can enter in this master like (Petrol, Diesel etc.,)

Vehicle Type Master (S6)

Vehicle Type is defined category of vehicle like (Goods Vehicle, Management
vehicle,
two-wheeler etc.,) this can enter in this master.

Daily

Maintenance Master (S7)

Purpose of this screen is what are the maintenance should done in daily basis
like cleaning, fuel checkup, air checkup etc.,) that can enter in this Master.

Transactions:Vehicle Movement Register (S8)

Whenever vehicles are moved from the company, should update in this
screen. (vehicle movement register) **(One sheet for one vehicle and for
one date)

Service Renewal Request (S9) & (S10)

Vehicle Service and renewal request (both) is send to management through
this screen only for approval. Provided request type is selection option if
select service or renewal tables are create in automatically based on
selection.

 Request type is selected to service here for these related fields are loaded in
automatically.

Service completion (S11)

After approval vehicle is go for service, after service completion can update in
this screen for service completion details.

Daily Maintenance (S12)

Daily maintenance parameters are already defined in master, in this screen
can update vehicle wise completion of daily maintenance.

Vehicle Booking Request (S13)

Which department to require the vehicle they can book this vehicle request
screen, management also view and approved it.

Vehicle Schedule (S14)

Purpose of this screen is prepare the vehicle schedule for daily basis and
vehicle wise what are the programs is planned today based on the
departments request.

Fuel consumption (S15)

Every fuel filling transactions are should update in this screen, Purpose
vehicle wise fuel consumption monitoring. **(One sheet for one vehicle
and for one date)

Vehicle Key IN/OUT Register (S16)

All vehicle keys are handover to security gate that also can track who is the
receiver, giver, which time keys go out and come in this tracking can easy.
Security name can enter manually because they are not company roll.
