STUDENT ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL ARRANGEMENTS

2016-2017
It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to notify the school as to the plan for the dismissal of their children, as well as
be familiar with the school calendar and dismissal times.
Please check off the choice below in order to let school officials know how your child should be released at dismissal
time.

My child is aware of our family plan for leaving school grounds each day. My child knows to return to the teacher or
main office if there is an unexpected change in our plans. I have discussed and run through the plans with my child as to
whether he/she will ride the bus, report to aftercare, be picked up, walk home, alone or with a group, or if a parent
(or other adult/group) will meet my child at a designated location on a regular basis. Changes to this plan may only
be made in writing and given to the teacher in advance of the anticipated change. I am aware of the school calendar and

The following guidelines remain in effect for the 2016-2017 school year:
If a child leaves prior to the end of the end of school day, he/she must be signed out at the front office. Please send in
a note indicating your child will be leaving early.
If there is a change in transportation plans, please send in a written note indicating the changes.
Students provided busing may only ride their assigned bus. STUDENTS MAY NOT RIDE WITH FRIENDS
FOR ANY REASON. Please see the parent handbook for further detail.
