1. A vacuum that is in good repair, attachments, extra belts and bags and the vacuum instruction
manual
2. A light weight portable vacuum for the stairs and the 2nd floor
3. Broom, dust mop and wet mop with plastic bucket
4. Lots of lint free, absorbent cleaning cloths such as Micro Fiber towels or old baby diapers
5. All purpose cleanser
6. Toilet cleaner and a toilet brush
7. Paper towels
8. Dishwashing brushes and soap
9. Scrub sponges
10. An extender duster (for ceiling cobwebs)
11. Plastic trash bags
12. Laundry basket

you can provide them for your housekeeper along with the usage instructions.
