Launching of Grand Festive Offer-2016: 100% waiver of processing charges

on Home Loan and Car Loan from 01.10.2016 to 31.12.2016

Gist:

100% waiver of processing charges on Home Loan & Car Loan (for purchase of
new car) sanctioned & disbursed during Grand Festive Offer-2016 i.e., from
01.10.2016 to 31.12.2016.
Circle Offices/Zonal Offices should initiate immediate steps for creating
awareness among the field functionaries and to plan out strategies for
adequate publicity of Grand Festive Offer-2016.
Mobilize more business by taking full advantage of 100% waiver of
processing charges.

Point:

Home Loan & Car Loan are two most important products of our Retail Asset portfolio.
Home Loan constitute to approximately 60% of our total Retail Asset portfolio. Although
Car loan constitute a smaller portion in Retail Asset portfolio, there is a need to push Car
Loan product in order to achieve a good Retail Credit growth.
During the current Fiscal also, Banks main focus is on Retail Credit particularly Home Loan
& Car Loan.
During festivities & Celebrations i.e. festival & wedding season, Retail credit segment picks
up significantly. In India, people feel it auspicious time to buy Car or two Wheeler among
consumer durables during festivals. Further, because of festive offers given by
Companies/Dealers sales of these items picks up during this period. For Middle Class most
important aspiration is to own a home. Out of tradition & religious belief, In India, people
prefer to fulfill this dream during festive time. Consequently, Car Sales & Home/Flat
Bookings increases manifold during festive season.
In order to bank upon this opportunity available during festive season, Bank has decided
to launch Grand Festive Offer-2016.

concerned. Accordingly, Circle Offices/Zonal Offices are advised to initiate immediate
steps for creating awareness among the field functionaries and to plan out strategies by
arranging meetings at Branch, Zonal and Circle Level. Wide publicity through Hoardings,
posters, Flex Banners, Standees and Scrolling message in local electronic media will hold
key to attract prospective customers to banks fold.
Zonal Offices/Circle Offices should closely monitor & review the performance of branches
on daily basis and mentor/guide them and provide necessary support.
Branches/Offices are advised to take full advantage of this attractive limited period offer
of 100% waiver of processing charges on Home loan & Car loan to substantially mobilize
more business.
