New or Remanufactured?
Some new customers, upon receipt of their first order, have actually
called us and stated that they ordered a rebuilt onenot a new
one. While we take great pride in the fact that our products
are often mistaken as new, we will never let the issue of appearance
overshadow the most important aspect performance.
At Automation Service, strict performance standards are the rule,
not the exception.
I mean it when I say that
your company is the best of
the best that I deal with.
Rod M.,
E.I. Dupont,
Belle, WV
Training
Employees are
thoroughly tested to
determine if they
have learned a
procedure and can
perform it effectively.
A staff of
instructional
engineers and
programmers has
been added to
expedite this critical
aspect of our quality
control systems. Automation Service training also uses the technology
that drives the World Wide Web to provide on-demand information
and training to ensure the kind of follow-up that leads to superior
knowledge and job performance.

Rebuilt or Remanufactured?
Continual Development
of the Remanufacturing Process:
The Never Repeating Story
Since our inception, we have learned about each and every one of
the 38,000 different parts we remanufacture. We have compiled data
on every one of these components and know precisely what affects
their performance. Armed with this knowledge and experience, our
manufacturing engineers have designed remanufacturing processes
for each and every component that goes into the products we sell.
We continually monitor our quality to look for a means of improving
these processes. If a problem is found, our instructional engineers
develop a process revision and modify our computer-based work
order system. This creates a highly regimented revision sign-off
process, which ensures history never repeats itself Are we
perfect? Nobody is. You can rest assured that we learn from our
mistakes and never repeat them. Continual improvement is just
another way we define growth.

Quality Control
We Do Things Right!
Automation Service is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
We are very proud of this accomplishment, which only reinforces
our commitment to offer unequaled excellence and value to our
customers. Automation Service received its certification in
September 2004 and is one of very few companies who complied
with the rigorous ISO standards, without any non-conformities,
on the first audit.
So what does it really mean to you? The ISO 9001:2008 certification
of our management system reinforces our commitment to quality
and complete customer satisfaction. This certification also provides
reassurance that we are continually improving our performance and
our practice matches our process. ISO 9001:2008 certification will
ensure Automation Service is globally competitive and strong in the
marketplace now and into the future.
WarrantySame as New,
But Starts at Installation
Our remanufactured controls look and perform like new and carry
exactly the same warranty terms as their new counterparts; EXCEPT
the term of the warranty starts when you install your unit, NOT when
you purchase it; were that confident about our workmanship.
We are listening...
Your satisfaction is paramount to us at
Automation Service, so much so, that we have a
full-time Quality Assurance Engineer to follow up on
your technical needs. Our QA Engineer will evaluate
and coordinate with other engineers, who are experts
in their particular product fields, to deliver a solution to
you in a timely manner.

"I want to thank Automation Service for getting our plant out of the ditch. Our plant
was down and we needed a 3051CG3 very quickly. The plant called in an emergency
order on a Saturday and the instrument was delivered the next day, on a Sunday.
Now thats meeting customer needs! I just wish that all our suppliers were as
dedicated and as easy to deal with as Automation Service.

We have developed sophisticated,
proprietary custom software that prevents
mutually exclusive options from being
combined in a model number configuration.
In other words, our internal software monitors
the order entry model number building process to
ensure only the proper combination of options are used.
If the configuration specified is improper, our software will not allow your
order to be processed, preventing costly mistakes from improper
configurations. This will also allow you to update your internal records with
the correct model number, thus guaranteeing you have a valid model number.
ur Iron Clad Guarantee* is our pledge to deliver products of the highest quality, with the highest
possible level of personal service. If you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason,
we will take it back with no hassle guaranteed.
Automation Service offers a non-biased, arrogance-free opinion. We offer multiple competing brands
that are proven to be leaders in the industry. We believe that you should have the best solution for your
