HAVE YOU GOT

A FLAIR FOR
ART & DESIGN?
Then this is the competition for you!
This year sees the return of the prestigious
Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture competition
for its seventh year. Bank of Ireland Junk
Kouture is an all-island competition that
encourages second level students to create
unique, original and innovative outfits using
only recycledmaterial.

The 2017 Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture

recycled fashion competition is open to
all secondary school students in both the
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland,
who think that theyve got what it takes to
create outrageous couture designs from
junk. Recycled milk cartons, old drink cans,
fruit peel its all at your fingertips so use
it and possibly become part of the next
generation of designers.

Bank of Ireland is extremely proud to

support Junk Kouture and budding Irish
designers for the fifth year running. Bank of
Ireland Junk Kouture gives young people
the unique opportunity to develop new
design techniques and to meet others with
similar interests. Wed like to wish the very
best of luck to all contestants as they start
their creativejourneys.
