1. Introduction
1.1
ICAO Annex 8 requires that Contracting State shall not issue or render valid a Certificate
of Airworthiness for which it intends to claim recognition pursuant to Article 33 of the Convention
on International Civil Aviation, unless the aircraft complies with:1.1.1

Up-to-date copy of respective Code of Airworthiness will be kept in HQ Airworthiness
Directorate.
5. Difference with ICAO SARPS
5.1
Details of differences between the respective Code of Airworthiness and ICAO SARPs
will be obtained by HQ Airworthiness and filled with ICAO where necessary.
6. Authority
6.1
This Airworthiness Notice has been issued under the authority vested in DG CAA vide
Rule 4 and 357 of Civil Aviation Rules 1994.
