1A. Determine the Early Start and Late Start Dates for each activity.
1B. Determine the total float for each activity
1C. If 55-working days are permitted to complete the project, determine the Early Start, Late Start, and Total Float for each activity.
1D. Determine the critical path through the network.
1E. Draw the Bar Chart for the Early Start.

Longest path passes through NTP --> A --> D --> H --> FA bu

Since no path has "0" days float, really no "critical" path.

1F. If the Resident Engineer increases the quantity of base repairs by 50% due to field conditions and the prodiction rate
remains the same, will the project finish in time? How much time should be added to the allowable completion date?
1G. The Contractor has forgotten to order the new frames and discovers his error on the 12th working day of the project.
Will this delay the timely completion? By how much?
BONUS: Given the combination delays introduced in Question 1F (Cliient Responsible) and 1G (Contractor Responsible), will the project finish
in time? In your opinion, who should shoulder the blame? The Contractor suggests modifying the schedule to show that guiderail
may be installed starting 2-WD after HMA paving begins and finishing 1-WD after HMA paving ends. Does this improve the schedule?
