The detailed checks within the Gas Turbine

package shall follow Manufacturers Procedures
and instructions.

The equipment supplied should be checked

against the Purchase Order and all Variations. It is
necessary to ensure that the equipment is as
specified on the Order in all respects which include
basic equipment, extras and materials of
construction.

The Manufacturers instructions and document

should be checked to ensure that they are the
correct type for the equipment supplied and
information is available for all bought in items and
generally that the documentation is adequate to
cover installation, commissioning, operation and
maintenance of the equipment.

The nameplate details should comply with the

equipment and give all the information requested
in the Purchase Order. The nameplate should be
attached to the equipment in an accessible
position and be securely fastened.

The setting down of the package shall be checked

in accordance with drawings. If AVMs are used,
the manufacturers data shall be checked for
correct installation.

Check that the exhaust ducting is adequately

supported, and the silencer is correctly located

Check enclosure ventilation ducting, fans and

auxiliaries such as gas detection, thermal
detection, pressure / temperature / limit switches
are correctly fitted as per manufacturer's
drawings.
