fulfill customers chemical waste transportation, recycling and disposal needs. Univars ChemCare program offers
a dedicated team of trained personnel, a network of distribution centers and the impeccable logistical excellence
that comes from almost a century of experience navigating the North American freight lanes.
ChemCare also utilizes over 75 treatment, storage and disposal facilities (TSDF), which are routinely audited to

Financial idemnification
A key advantage of the ChemCare program
ChemCare has negotiated master contracts with our TSDF facilities that provide the waste generator with broad
financial indemnification from both Univar, for transportation, and our TSDF facilities, for disposal, generally
regardless of fault.
Each shipment is documented by required manifest paperwork and a ChemCare handling agreement, a copy of
which is provided to the generator for their records.
ChemCare performs ongoing financial and environmental audits on all approved disposal facilities.

Labpacking
Labpack - (lab pak) noun: A TDG shippable outer container of smaller items of compatible materials.
Labpacking - (lab pak ing) verb: The act of sorting lab items by hazard class, physical state and disposal facility
packing requirements and creating a container content sheet for each drum.
