Bothsoftwaresarenot100%ok..whendesigningroofs..thispartmustbetreatedbyhandcalcsor

utilityfromEtankProgrammerstoconvertheOutputinSIunits.
Forroofs,theyhavetheselfsupportingdommes,umbrellas,conical,andalsoopentanks.Doesnot
haveexternalfloatingroofscalcs,neitherITSorTankfromIntergraph.
Forstructuresupportedroofs,Etankasonlyfortheconicalroofs.Thecalculationmodelisbasedinthe
BrownellandYoungmethod,pleaseseeattachedfile.
But,generally,asalreadysaidinhere,itisbettertodesignthestructureinaseparatedstructural
program,forexample,RobotorSAP,generallybecauseofthelocalregulations.HereinEuropewehave
EurocodesandthistipeofstructuresastobedesignaccordingthisEurocodes.
