Social Networking exploded during the first decade of twenty-first century.

Social network allow people share their personal information and to connect with
people who have the same interest. Recent statistics show that 75 percent
people who use Internet use sociel network sites with variating time per week on
each country, the highest is in Italy, where Italian spend an average of six and
half hours per month. Social networking trend increased among people of all
ages. This phenomenon affects people live in either good and bad ways. The
upside is people stay in contact with their acquintances in far-distant places,
people use it a lot in business work, and students use it to discuss educational
and career things. But the downside people spend less time in face-to-face
communication, so they have less interaction in real world, and people may have
their credential information to be seen with another person. Adolescents are the
most susceptible with this danger because they spend a lot of time on social
networking.
Text 8b: Why Women Leaving Science Careers?
Women struggled in pursuing their careers in science and technology. Yet
near hald women scientists in Europe and Americas leave their careers. Even
when the science field cannot be attributed to race, ethnic, or social group,
women still losing their valuable jobs because of a lot of factor like time, family
responsibilities, and lack of role models. High-level job in science field, require
inordinate amounts of time, with the advancement of the technology, they not
only need to be in the lab 12 hours an day, but expected to be ready at the rest
of time too. Both men and women face the same work time, but women choose
to opt out because of other factor. Women felt they need to care their family, this
includes women need to have maternity leave. If women cant divide necessary
attention to their family and work, can make them feel frustrated. Then, women
have less mentor who will give them guidance. Without mentor, women cannot
get validation of their work and get fundings. So, to keep women scientist in their
career some companies need to institute mentoring program, on-site child care
and more flex time for women scientists.

The Universe didnt go from mush to complexity, but from old structure to
more free structure. First, there were nothing, then universe was created as a
hard, very tiny, smaller than an atom that expended at incredible speed, along
with energies like electro-magnetical and gravity energy. Then, after 380.000
years after big bang, hydrogen and helium are created, and the energy kept
getting stronger and then there were a big release of energy made the first stars.
These young stars made the elements in the periodic table. After that, living
organism were made by chemical reaction with some requirenments. Then, DNA
are made and built more complexityin the universe. These DNA made living
organism by learning itself. These organism had brain so they could process
informations, and humans excelled another species because human could pass

their knowledge to their offsprings. They learn to farm and then human kept
growing and growing.This is how universe are made until this day.
