Warm up: Run to set up field. On walk over we can do stretches safely on
sidewalk since they are moving: toe raises; butt kicks and knee raises, like
follow the leader across field.

Self-Evaluation / Reflection:
The class demonstrated much better team work today. They included each other more and
took turns with different positions. There is still a bit of favoritism for throwing the ball to
certain players, but it is improving. I had to stop the game two times and have them run
laps from speaking Italian and unsportsmanship conduct. We did make it through all 4 eight
min. quarters, It was the first class they got to play a full game. I encouraged good work, 40
second rule, countdown when they were running out of time, and huddles. I want to be
stricter on the rules of the game and introduce consequence for not following. For example,
if defense crosses line of scrimmage before they count to 5, offense gets to move forward 1
foot. Dont get more downs until they get past the ten yard line.
