Team Members & a report on their performances individually.
Mohammad Shaaz: Has been there whenever I have assigned him any task all in
all performance has been excellent.
Fahad Ali Syed: Though a freshie but is actually the most hardworking member
of the team. Excellent performance.
Sarmad Saeed: Really eager to perform willing to do any task assigned to him
performance has been excellent but obviously cannot be compared to shaaz and
fahad.
Hamza Ejaz: Performance has been good I havent assigned him much tasks but
is a trustworthy member of the team.
Abdul Mannan: I havent assigned him any task as yet but is eager to work for
the society.
Huzaifa Wali: He does not show up seldom is he active in the group I havent had
much interaction with him but I believe the teams are getting settled and he will
perform in the upcoming tasks.
Lamak Mufaddal: Well he is the first one to respond but with an excuse hasnt
done any task that is assigned to him though I heard he got the NDS shirts
printed previously I personally believe he is the weakest link in my team.

Describe your performance in previous events of NDS & also elaborate the nature of
your work as Manager/Director of your respective team in general.

Managed logistics tasks of the workshop single handedly along with that managed the
logistics of the ice breaking events.
Its been going alright the team is meeting all the deadlines and we are committed to
raise the bar and make the logistics team the best team there is.

Why you should be promoted as Director of your respective team?


Though its just the start but I am able to communicate well with my team we are
making things happen. I believe that I can take the responsibility of being
director logistics and serving this society with all my strengths.
