1. Introduction
1.1 Project Overview

Razor Chemicals is a website that facilitates its customers to register their project online
from their place and have their projects done by the Razor Chemicals Company. It
provides a platform for its customers to communicate with the company, the customer
would register his/her project and then he/she would provide the brief information
about the project e.g. the chemicals to be used and their desired ratios as well. Database
administrator of Razor Chemicals will view the project and would approve it.
1.2 Problem Statement

The purpose of this project is to provide a platform to the customers, so that they can
easily register their projects online. And it is beneficial for the company as they can look
forward to it. It consists of a brief description of the project that is required by the company.
1.3 Customer
The companies or individual clients who would like their projects to be done by Razor
Chemicals are our customers.
1.4 Affected Groups

Database manager: To maintain the database and update it accordingly.
Consumers: To provide all the requirements of their projects.
1.5 Assumptions&&Dependencies
A person must register before login.

After registration they do login and register their project.
Company Admin view all their project information and contact with
them.
1.6 External Systems

Operating System: In computing, an operating system (OS) is the system software
responsible for the direct control and management of hardware and basic system
operations. Additionally, it provides a foundation upon which to run application
software such as word processing programs and web browsers.

Database: A database is a collection of data elements (facts) stored in a computer

in a systematic way, such that a computer program can consult it to answer
questions. The answers to those questions become information that can be used
to make decisions that may not be made with the data elements alone. The computer program used to manage and query a database is known as a database
management system (DBMS).
Web Server: A web server is a computer responsible for serving web pages, mostly
HTML documents, via the HTTP protocol to clients, mostly web browsers.
HTML: In computing, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is a markup language designed for the creation of web pages and other information viewable in
a browser. HTML is used to structure information -- denoting certain text as
headings, paragraphs, lists and so on -- and can be used to define the semantics
of a document.
PHP: PHP is a popular open-source; reflective programming language used mainly for
developing server-side applications and dynamic web content, and more recently, other
software
1.7 Definitions and Acronyms

Dreamweaver: It is used for the coding of website in HTML and PHP languages.
StarUML: thesis, xampp for database.
1.8 Goals
The client i.e. the company wants a platform through which they can negotiate with
their customers and fulfill their requirements by completing their projects. The customers will provide brief descriptions of their projects and the company would complete
them.
The company also wants to have a record of their customers and their related projects.
The company wants an error free database.
2. STAKE HOLDERS
The stakeholders in my project are all the people that are affected by my website and
they are companys website management team, the customers of the website and the
government.
3. Domain Analysis
Our website is better than the other because it fulfill all the requirement of
the user. Other websites are not responsive while our system is very responsive and user friendly and store all the record of user project within few minutes instead of lengthy
paper work. In other system people make proposal in word file, but our website will
take all information of project on webpages instead of too much lengthy documents.
Our system forces the user to be punctual and do their job according to the timetable.

4. System Functions/ Functional Requirements
Interface should be user friendly.
Admin should keep the website up to date.
User data should be secure so no one can get access to it.
System should be easily updatable.
System should be able to send email to patient/doctor for appointments.
Users profile management and registration
Patients to make online appointment, look their previous health records, doctors
prescriptions etc.
Doctors to give appointments, e-prescriptions, and view patients history.
In case of any medical error patient can register a complaint. Patients feedback
goes to Admin he can forward it to any doctor to answer
Facilitate appropriate communication between Doctors and patients.
Non-Functional Requirements
Website should follow the standards. So it appearance should be uniform.
Should support communication protocols HTTP, FTP.
Support Php.
Systems data should be manageable over the internet.
Secure access of confidential data (users details).
24 X 7 availability
Better component design to get better performance.
Flexible service based architecture will be highly desirable for future extension.

15. Conclusion
Project Management Tool is efficient in solving and registering pure problems and
project of customers. In this customers does not to do a lot of paper work to make a
proposal for project that they want to done by other company. They simply register him
on company website and fill required information according to his project and submit it
to company and company view his all data and contact them. They provide easy
platform to customers and save customer time.

16. Future Work

The encouraging results of our web based prototype are ample motivation to continue
working on improving our preliminary implementation. There are various approaches
of optimizing our hybrid solver, which we mention in the following.
