Horrid restaurant... confused management... definitely a must av oid restaurant...

Had ordered three "paranthas with curd" for total 600 via zomato... Aloo pyaz, gobhi and paneer...
1. One person calls n says ther e is no gobhi parantha... I said ok, give me another aloo p yaaz
2. Next calls n says w e have gobhi parantha and that the fir st call was a mistake... I say ok, bit bewildered
3. Ordered at 6.37, got sms of deliv ery enroute at 6.50... Food arrived at 7.35 ... food was cold...Restaurant says
zomato would hav e sent the messag e, rider le only at 7.20... Rider says he le at 7... Cle arly restaurant is making
excuses, they must hav e given multiple deli very orders to the rider...
7. Look at the phot o... Had ordered 3 paranthas with curd, total 600 and this is what i g ot... Pathetic serving sizes...

1. It wasnt a typo ... It was a copy paste of your standard reply t o favorable reviews... in this case, your social
media manager did not e ven bother t o read the review and pasted the st andard company line, hence even
further r einforcing my views about y our restaurant
2. Someone from your restaurant had called and discussed all this with me on Sunday ... What is the point of
risking time and mone y on y our restaurant, knowing i have had a horrid e xperience... i can very well risk it
on some other ne w restaurant and it might t urn out t o be good... in fact, you proved my point that y ou do
not care about y our customer by your first reply...
