1.

General Company Information

NTC NIS-Naftagas j.s.c., (The Scientific and Technological Centre (STC), is Daughter
Company of Serbia j.s.c. Novi Sad (NIS j.s.c) located in Novi Sad and was established in 2009 by
merging several closely related organizational elements, with the aim to provide scientific and
technical support to the core business of the company, ensuring development and innovation in its
business operations.
The Scientific and Technical Centre and its qualified and experienced personnel are in charge of
the preparation of geological-exploration projects and the estimation of reserves, the processing of
seismic data, developing databases and software, as well as well-equipping designs. The central
laboratory, which facilitates the preparation of geological-exploration projects through analyses
(core analyses, oil and fluid characteristics), is located in the STC as well.
The plan is for the Centre to become a regional base, meeting the demands of NIS, Gazprom Neft
and their subsidiaries, and to provide external services to third parties.
Petroleum Industry of Serbia j.s.c. Novi Sad (NIS j.s.c) is one of the biggest vertically integrated
energy companies in southeast Europe.
Its basic business activities include exploration, production and processing of crude oil and gas, as
well as supply of wide portfolio of petroleum products.
NIS has two refineries, in Panevo and in Novi Sad, as well as an LPG production unit in Elemir.
NIS produces around 1.7 million tons of oil and gas a year, operating in Serbia, Angola and Bosnia
and Herzegovina. The total volume of processed crude oil is about 2.1 million tons a year. The
Companys retail network has more than 350 facilities: petrol stations, filling stations and a network
of crude oil storage facilities. NIS is Serbias leading supplier of petroleum products.
Additional business activities of NIS include Jazak potable water production and hotel
management and hospitality industry activities performed by the Companys subsidiary O Zone.
Company headquarters and its main production facilities are located in the Republic of Serbia,
whose geographic position makes it a trading and investment centre of the Balkans.
Most of NIS oil and gas fields are located in Vojvodina. NIS has production facilities in Angola and
oil services in Turkmenistan, as well as the Jadran-Naftagas company in the Republic of Srpska,
which was established as a joint-venture with the company Neftegazinkor. NIS subsidiary
companies are located in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania, with offices in
Russia, Angola, Turkmenistan and Brussels.
Gazprom Neft owns 56.15 % of the share capital in NIS, while 29.88 % of NIS shares are owned
by the Republic of Serbia. The remaining portion belongs to citizens, employees, former
employees and other minority shareholders. The Company currently has around three million
shareholders (as of 30 September 2011). NIS shares are listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

The project includes procurement of software licenses for specialized software used in NTC.

Project Objective is procurement of Specialized Software Licenses and Licenses for business
Software. This software will provide faster and easier data interpretation and workflows, and
provide that experts can make more informed decisions with a clear understanding of both
opportunities and risks.

5.1 Functional requirements

As part of this procurement is necessary to obtain licenses for the following software:

NTC already have one permanent NLM license issued on 02-maj-2016 hosted on server
SNS06LCNC05, MAC address: 0050BAFAC2BF, maintenance is valid until 15-dec-2015.
New license must be hosted on same server.

Software platform intended to aggregate all the wellbore information. It allows the user to interpret
Flatirons software sets the standard for front end seismic data processing. Assure data
processing accuracy with integrated products:
Geometry QC

First break picking


Multiple methods for analyzing and modeling refraction statics
Anisotropy refraction analysis

Eikonal tomography

Flatirons software implements a unique high-performance technology designed for massive


datasets.

6.

Request for support and maintenance

Vendor should provide information about support and maintenance for software (details and price).

7.

Security Scope

Software need to be installed on NIS j.s.c. hardware infrastructure.


For all necessary activities from vendor side, NIS j.s.c. will provide user accounts and VPN
access for predefined vendor employees, according to NIS j.s.c. internal standards.

8.

Bid Delivery Instructions

Vendor should provide detailed information about:

software functionalities

price and licensing for (multi-user) licenses

support and maintenance costs and conditions

hardware requirements (minimal and optimal)

Bids should be brief, well organized and unambiguous. Its contests should be
organized in accordance with the structure showed below.
